Leslie's Restaurant Tagaytay

If you  have read my outfit post yesterday, then you'd know my family and I went to Tagaytay for my mom's birthday celebration dinner.  And if you're a frequent to Tagaytay like us, because we always pass there when going to our province Batangas, you'd surely have eaten at least once in Leslies.  If not, then read on!

Racks

10 in the evening before my birthday, my dad arrived home and immediately told us to hop on the car.  We thought about going to Tagaytay but it's already too late so we decided on MOA instead.  It would really be convenient if I live near there, 'cause these days, it's like my second home already!  So we walked along the bayside of the mall just before midnight and started our hunt for a restaurant that's still open.  And Racks was the first one we saw, so inside we went!

What's your Breadtalk Cake Flavor?

A cousin of mine bought three cakes, for the three moms in our family.  But it's us who tried.  I mean us, kids.  Yes I'm already 18 and still calling myself a kid.  Anyway, the first one that tempted me is the chocolate one.  I'm so sorry, I forgot the names.

Swensen's: My Holy Grail Ice Cream

A friend told me that Swensen's has the best ice cream in town, and since I'm a big ice cream fan, I just got to try it out!  And I still haven't found my holy grail ice cream so who knows, Swensen's may be it!

Since my sister and I didn't have enough money for two, we only bought their waffle sundae.  I was kind of  hesitant at first because I have a memory of eating the same thing in Pancake House and I didn't like it that much.  But I hoped this one would be more memorable, in a good way of course! So there, we ordered one waffle sundae.  :)
While waiting for our dessert to come, we admired the Swensen's interior.  I mean, look at these portraits.

No need for "Try me" signs, I'm pretty sure you'd want to just by looking at them.
